ENERGY

 Energy healing is a holistic practice where healers channel universal life force energy (also known as prana, healing energy, etc) into a patient to help balance, heal and remove blockages from the body. Flow, balance, harmony, and vitality within the body can be restored and maintained during a treatment. Energy medicine includes a variety of holistic healing modalities like: Reiki Energy Healing, Light Therapy, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Thai Massage, EFT Tapping, and more.

While I am certified in Usui Reiki, Master Level, and Divine Intuitive Healing, my energy work has always been very intuitively led. My healing containers are an extension of my heart and they continue to grow and move with me.

Every session I hold is unique to your individual needs.

These often includes breath, sound healing, aura clearing and protection, chakra clearing/balancing, soul retrieval, resolution of karmic debt, release of old contracts and energetic cords, ancestral work, womb work, and so on. I have had many sessions where my client and I experience something together, for the first time, and then I get to share that wisdom with others.

The work I do isn’t for everyone, and I am very aware of this. My work is deep and catalyzing - it’s just how things are with me. But this isn’t something that I DO FOR you. Instead of “healer,” think of me more like your guide. I’m your new bestie that walks with you through those shadows while you find your light. I simply hold the space for you. Your Soul, your Guides, Angels, & Ancestors - you guys already know what to do.

Healing is practice of BE-ing.
