What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a subtle, yet powerful way to enhance your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
It is an active meditation using deep/rhythmic breath patterns that get you out of your mind and into your body.
Breathwork is about tapping into the wisdom of your body and life force energy to inspire deep emotional healing and spiritual growth.
Breath Alchemy is a combination of breath, reiki/energy healing, and sound. It is a gentle, yet powerful practice that gives you the opportunity to release tension and trauma in the body, leaving you feeling grounded, connected, empowered, and at peace.
In this space you are able to connect deeply to emotions and traumas that have been suppressed consciously or unconsciously and through feeling and breathing you're able to heal and let go of what no longer serves you.

I am Ginny Nankivell, a 1/3 Emotional Manifestor, Priestess, and Breath + Energy Guide. I walk with you into your shadows and hold space as you find your light within them. I help you realign with your soul-truth so that you can radiate the love and light that is your most authentic self.
My background in healthcare as a critical care and hospice nurse, experience as an intuitive healer, and my own personal healing journey has taught me how to approach healing in a truly holistic manner with a focus on somatic connection.
In my practice, I teach others how to tune into their bodies and intuition to begin healing all aspects of their lives through the power of breath and energy.

Human Design is a combines Kabbalah, I’Ching, astrology, biochemistry, genetics, and the chakra system to create an energetic blueprint of who you are, shedding light on your intrinsic nature and why you are here.
